University Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and particularly the members of Anémodyne project team have been actively involved in the research of advanced observation and automatic control techniques for AWE systems. A ground station is being designed and and will be used as an experimental testbench. Solutions for tether modelling and robust kite estimation have been also proposed.
