Airborne Wind Europe has joined 27 other think tanks, research institutions, civil society organisations and cleantech associations in signing a joint letter addressed to the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union.

As the EU enters a decisive phase of negotiations on the next Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF), including discussions on the proposed European Competitiveness Fund (ECF), the signatories outline nine key recommendations to strengthen Europe’s clean innovation landscape, ensure a competitive lab-to-scale pathway for cleantech, and align future funding with Europe’s long-term climate, energy, and industrial ambitions.
